1. Agreement

By using Observinio at observinio.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. What Observinio does

Observinio publishes automated measurements of third-party AI provider APIs (latency, availability) from multiple geographic regions. We also offer optional email alerts and informational content. We do not operate those AI providers and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

3. No professional advice

Data on Observinio is for general information only. It is not technical, legal, financial, or operational advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service, use it unlawfully, or subscribe others without consent.

5. Email alerts

Alerts require double opt-in (confirm within 48 hours). You may unsubscribe via any email or the manage page.

6–8. Warranties, liability, third parties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100. Third-party AI services are governed by their own terms.
