• Email address when you subscribe to alerts
• Alert preferences (models, regions, alert types)
• Name, email, and message from the contact form
• localStorage to prefill subscribe email (observinio_subscriber_email)
• Server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security

We do not sell personal data. We do not require an account password.

3–5. Legal basis, retention, processors

We process alerts based on consent (double opt-in). Measurements are kept indefinitely without personal data. Email is sent via SendGrid; contact messages are forwarded via Pushover.

EU/EEA users may request access, rectification, erasure, and other GDPR rights at contact@tomasz-smykowski.com. We do not sell personal information. We use essential localStorage only — no advertising cookies in v1. The Service is not directed at children under 16.
